📅 When: May 13 or 14, 2026 (during school hours)
📑 Physical Packet Due: May 1st (parent signature required)

📄 Physical packets must be turned in to the front office and can be printed from our website (Athletics tab) or picked up at the front office.

⚠️ No packet = no physical
