A BIG congratulations to Alyssa Graham and Jihyuh Song! Not only did they win the Young Georgia Authors competition at both the school and district levels, but they were recently recognized as winners at the First District RESA level, which includes 19 school districts across our region! Their outstanding writing now moves on to the state level for judging. We are incredibly proud of these talented authors!

Congratulations to our RHHS Student Council ! While attending the GASC State convention this past weekend, they were elected by schools from across the state to be the Vice President School of the Georgia Association of Student Councils for 2026-2027! They will be helping plan and lead state conferences and conventions, work directly with GASC state advisors and executive board, represent Georgia student councils at state events, and influence initiatives, service projects, and leadership direction across the state. They also earned a Leadership Award for implementing school activities associated with the State Service Project Work2BWell, and the Council of Excellence award for various school initiatives. Kudos to these amazing kids! Way to represent #ouRHouse!
